Agent Transaction Trust

Authorize an AI-agent payment under a predelegated spending policy before funds move. Verify that the merchant's exact x402 challenge, amount, payer, payee and HTTP request are within authority already delegated to the agent. No synchronous human approval is required when the predelegated policy permits the purchase. Includes signed authorization plus post-payment on-chain settlement verification and receipt; this is not merchant reputation scoring.

Decide whether an autonomous agent both can and should execute an exact x402 payment. Verifies predelegated spending authority, challenge/request integrity, and public merchant transaction-risk signals, then returns an evidence-based APPROVED, REVIEW or DENIED clearance plus a signed clearance token. APPROVED means the agent may proceed autonomously; REVIEW means do not auto-pay until higher-level review; DENIED means do not pay.

Public, account-free preflight for an autonomous x402 payment. Validates the merchant's exact PAYMENT-REQUIRED challenge against the intended request, checks Base USDC payment integrity and public merchant/payTo risk evidence, and returns APPROVED, REVIEW or DENIED with signed proof. It does not grant spending authority: an APPROVED result means the transaction evidence is clear enough to proceed only if separate delegated authority also permits the spend.
